People want to do business with people they know and trust. We have hundreds of people in our Parish who own their own business, and hundreds of families who need their services. That is the purpose of the St. Philip Business Fair, to put these two groups together. On March 20 and 21 we will do that. Much in the same way we have a ministry fair, we are going to host a business fair to allow everyone to see who does what and how we can help each other during some pretty tough economic times. The photo Directories are scheduled to be here on January 19th. The book was delayed for two specific reasons. We extended photo dates into September and had an additional 214 families get their pictures taken. This was worth the delay, and at that time it looked as if the books would be here at the beginning of December. However, when Father John left the Church in October, we had to do some major revisions that delayed the release, and was unforeseeable. That said, the proofs look great, and we believe you will be proud of the end result. As we get closer to the date, we will announce how the books will be distributed. The books are only for Parishioners who had their pictures made. We still have plenty of the guide books and Directories issued in August and they are for anyone in he Church. Please see anyone in the office for your personal copy of the Guide book and Directory. But the Photo Directory is reserved only for the families who had pictures made.
