140 Years of Worship and Service It is the mission of Saint Philip Parish to bring together Catholics to form a faith community which will enhance the lives of its members through the celebration of the Eucharist, other sacraments and appropriate liturgical, educational and social programs and to be a vital part of communities in which we live. Historic St. Philip Catholic Church is located in downtown Franklin, TN. The church is named after the fifth Apostle, St. Philip.
