St Philip's Children's Choir is a liturgical choir for children in 2nd through 8th grade. The children sing contemporary and traditional Catholic hymns. Through involvement in this ministry, children increase their participation in and awareness of their Catholic faith. Special emphasis is given to understanding the Mass and developing a love for the Liturgy.

The children sing at 5:30 pm Masses once a month from September through May and for other special occasions during the year. Rehearsals are on Tuesday afternoon from 4:30 - 5:30pm. Additional rehearsals are scheduled for children who cantor and read at Mass.

  Resurrection Choir

Coordinator: Janice Wilamowski . 615.945.2880
Singers and instrumentalists lead the congregation during funeral Masses on an as-needed basis.

  Bell Choir

We are exploring interest in the formation of a bell choir that could be composed of a youth group, an adult group or a mixture of both.  No experience is necessary although some ability to read a line of music is helpful. If you are interested in participating please contact Tom Galantowicz at 615-794-8588 Ex. 204

Soloists and Ensemble Musicians

      Cantors

Cantors help lead the assembly in prayer through song at all weekend and special Liturgies.

      Instrumentalists

Instrumentalists add beauty and color to our music ministry. If you play flute, clarinet,

trumpet or other instruments and want to play at Mass, please contact us.
